Rick Geiler, MBA, CLU
President & Senior Partner
Rick is the Co-Founder and President of SilverSide Insurance Marketing and has more than 20 years of experience directing employees in providing products and client-based services. His financial skills and client expertise allow Rick to focus on products with the customers' best interest at heart.
Prior to SilverSide, Rick managed a diverse financial portfolio which included exploring joint venture opportunities and business development.
From 1992 through 1999, Rick was Regional Director of Sales for Guardsmark Inc, where he increased corporate-client relationships by streamlining the client request process.
Rick has his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business.

Greyson Geiler
Director of Product Development
Greyson is the co-founder of SilverSide Insurance Marketing and leads the Product Development Teams in structuring new products and new partnerships.
He has over 15 years of experience in financial markets and strategic planning which aides Greyson in developing client-based products.
Prior to SilverSide, Greyson has spent his career as a merger arbitrage trader and specialist in Risk Aversion. Greyson began is career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade.
Greyson received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He also attended a summer internship at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

Steven Insalaco
Director of Marketing
Steven joins SilverSide as Director of Marketing with over 18 years of Marketing and Sales experience.
Prior to joining SilverSide, Steven was a Multi-Media Marketing Specialist for Gannett where he created and implemented campaigns designed for client growth through Internet, social media, print and email marketing. Steven was Company Top Sales Representative for 2009 and 2010.
From 1998 through 2006, Steven was a Sales and Service Representative for Quest Communications. He was a recipient of the Presidents Club and Customer Commendation Awards.
Steven also worked as an Account Manager for AT&T Advertising Solutions, National Sales Director for Gold Coast Relocations and District Leader for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Steven attended Fullerton College in Fullerton, California and Sandler Sales Training in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an Eagle Scout and fluent in Spanish.

Deborah Carr
Director of Agent/Carrier Relations
Deborah joined SilverSide in 2009 and leads the Client Development Team providing clients with superior leadership, strong relationship management and up-to-date life insurance products. Deborah has worked in the insurance industry for five years and uses her extensive knowledge to be the best agent when representing our clients to insurance companies.
Deborah's professional career outside of insurance has focused on marketing and product support. She directed the design and installation of systems for product displays and distribution for Disney Movie Candy Promotions, Walgreens and grocery stores. Deborah's career focus has been centered on making sure the product is a fit for the client.
Rob Whitsitt, CLTC
Director of Sales
Rob Whitsitt leads SilverSide's National Sales Portfolio. Rob's comprehensive knowledge of investment products patterned with his leadership skills aides him in providing clients with superior customer service. With a strong knowledge of both insurance products and investment planning strategies, Rob has been responsible for growing client relationships and helping clients gain their long-term goals. While working for Senior Advisors Group from 2003-2008, Rob was recognized as Allianz Life Insurance Company's Masters Forum "Gold Club" producer for outstanding achievement for annuity production.
Prior to 2003, Rob was Senior Life Representative for Prudential. It was there that Rob was noted as #1 Sales Producer in Arizona and #30 Sales Producer throughout the company of 8,000 representatives.
Rob attended Salisbury State College in Salisbury, Maryland. He has numerous awards, including Prudential Leaders Council Qualifier, Western Academy of Honor Awards, Mutual Fund Million Dollar Producer, Million Dollar Round Table Qualifier, Masters Qualifier, 6 Presidential Citations. Rob also has attained his Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses, CLTC Designation, LUTCF Financial Planning.

Andrea Johnson
Director of Social Marketing and Communication
Andrea Johnson joined SilverSide Insurance Marketing as Director of Social Marketing and Communication and brings more than 20 years experience in the sales and marketing arenas with expertise in Customer Service. Andrea's employment history has focused on the area of client services.
Andrea started her career in 1991 with Enron Corp. While at Enron, Andrea worked on energy contracts, natural gas accounting and customer service. After Enron, Andrea worked at Dynegy as a Purchasing Agent, in charge of maintaining contracts and purchasing. She then served as the Director of Marketing & Origination in the Midwest for Dynegy Marketing and Trade, a then Fortune 100 company. She acquired and maintained complex, multi-million dollar energy arrangements with large corporations.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Nebraska. She is an active member in the community and currently volunteers as Communications Coordinator for Midwest Heart Connection.
