Fidelity Life Association is a life insurance company and one of two principal operating subsidiaries of Fidelity Life Corp, Inc. (FLC) its immediate parent. Its ultimate parent is Members Mutual Holding Company (Members Mutual) a mutual holding company. All Fidelity Life policyholders are also members of Members Mutual. FLC and Members Mutual were formed in 2007 incidental to FLAs reorganization.
